"O" Dock Prepares for the Event

O Dock and others start early in the morning preparing for the day's events.  The O Dock crew started at 5:30 this year getting the pavilion ready for the evening party.  Setting up tables, stringing lights, and eating doughnuts.  If not for the work of the fearless O dock crew, the party would not be as successful.

 Each year Jane, the party coordinator, creates a scavenger list of items needed for the event's decor.  The work actually starts Friday afternoon with setting up the stage and gathering the scavenger hunt items.  All in preparation for an early start Saturday morning.

Penny, Maggie, and Billy help get the lights strung while Jane oversees their work.
